1.1 “AuraDrop” (hereinafter referred to as “this App”) is a wellness application designed for emotional relief, positive energy journaling, and personal reflection. We are committed to protecting user privacy and minimizing the collection and processing of personal information.
1.2 This Privacy Policy explains how this App processes, stores, protects, and, where applicable, transmits information when you use AuraDrop.
1.3 By using this App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please discontinue use of the App.

1.5 AuraDrop is not intended to provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, diagnostic, or emergency services. The App is designed as a personal wellness and reflection tool.
2.1 AuraDrop follows the principles of data minimization, local-first processing, and privacy by design. The App uses different data-handling approaches for positive energy records and negative energy release content.
Text and voice recordings that you intentionally create in the “Positive Energy” section are stored locally on your device so that you can keep, review, play back, and manage them.
Positive Energy voice recordings may be up to 20 seconds in length.
Text and voice content that you enter in the “Negative Energy” or emotional release section is intended only for the immediate release experience.
Negative Energy content is not intended to become part of your permanent personal record. Temporary voice data used during the release process is removed after the release process is completed or when the applicable temporary session ends.
2.2 The types of information or data that may be processed when you use AuraDrop include:
(i) Positive Energy Text: Text that you intentionally create and save in the Positive Energy section.
(ii) Positive Energy Voice Recordings: Voice recordings of up to 20 seconds that you intentionally create and save as part of your Positive Energy records.
(iii) Negative Energy Text and Voice Content: Text or voice content that you intentionally provide for the emotional release experience. This content is used for the immediate release experience and is not intended for permanent storage.
(iv) Customer Service and Feedback Information: If you choose to use the customer service or feedback form within AuraDrop, the message content you intentionally submit is transmitted through the third-party service Formspree so that we can receive and respond to your inquiry or feedback.
(v) Purchase Information: If you choose to purchase the optional AuraDrop PRO upgrade, Google Play processes the payment transaction. AuraDrop may receive information necessary to determine whether the PRO entitlement has been purchased or restored. We do not directly collect or store your payment card number, banking credentials, or Google account password.
2.3 AuraDrop may use certain device capabilities when necessary to provide features that you actively choose to use:
(i) Microphone Access: Used when you choose to create a Positive Energy or Negative Energy voice recording. Refusing microphone access does not prevent you from using text-based features.
(ii) File Access: AuraDrop may access files that you explicitly select or create when you choose to export or restore a backup. This access is used only as necessary to perform the backup or restore operation.
2.4 Except for information that you intentionally submit through an external service such as the customer service or feedback function, AuraDrop’s personal journal and emotional content is designed to remain locally on your device.
3.1 Information and data processed by AuraDrop are used only as necessary to provide the App’s functions, including:
(i) Storing and displaying your Positive Energy text records locally on your device;
(ii) Recording, storing, and playing back Positive Energy voice records that you choose to save;
(iii) Providing the visual and audio experience associated with the Negative Energy emotional release process;
(iv) Temporarily processing Negative Energy voice content for the immediate release experience and removing the temporary content after the applicable process is completed;
(v) Creating encrypted backups and restoring supported AuraDrop data from encrypted backups;
(vi) Receiving and responding to customer service or feedback messages that you intentionally submit through Formspree;
(vii) Verifying and restoring your AuraDrop PRO purchase status through Google Play;
(viii) Maintaining the compatibility, security, and proper operation of the App.
3.2 We do not sell, rent, or trade your Positive Energy records, voice recordings, Negative Energy content, or other personal journal content to third parties.
3.3 AuraDrop does not use the contents of your Positive Energy or Negative Energy records for advertising or profiling purposes.
4.1 Positive Energy records are stored locally on your device. AuraDrop does not operate a remote cloud service for storing your personal Positive Energy journal or voice records.
4.2 Negative Energy content is designed for immediate emotional release rather than permanent storage. Temporary Negative Energy voice data used during the release process is removed after the applicable release process or temporary session ends.
4.3 AuraDrop provides an encrypted backup and restore function for supported data. Exported backup data is protected using encryption mechanisms and is placed under your control once exported.
4.4 Exported backup files are not automatically uploaded to servers operated by us. You are responsible for choosing where to store your exported backup files and for keeping them secure.
4.5 You may delete locally stored content through available App functions or remove the App’s local data through your device settings. Uninstalling AuraDrop may also remove locally stored AuraDrop data.
4.6 Because we do not maintain a remote copy of your locally stored Positive Energy records, data that is deleted from your device without an available backup may not be recoverable.
5.1 AuraDrop does not share your locally stored Positive Energy records, Negative Energy content, voice recordings, or backup contents with third parties except when necessary for a function that you intentionally choose to use.
5.2 Limited information may be transmitted to or processed by third-party service providers in the following circumstances:
(i) Formspree: When you actively submit a customer service or feedback message through AuraDrop, the content that you enter into the form is transmitted through Formspree so that we can receive and respond to your message. Your Positive Energy records, Negative Energy content, voice recordings, and backup contents are not included in this transmission as part of the feedback process.
(ii) Google Play: Google Play processes the optional AuraDrop PRO purchase and related payment transactions. Google Play may also process information associated with purchase verification, restoration, refunds, and other transaction-related functions according to Google’s own policies.
(iii) External Services: When you intentionally open an external link or service from AuraDrop, such as the KAI_Q Studio Telegram channel, Privacy Policy page, Terms of Service page, or another external website, your interaction with that service is subject to the applicable third party’s privacy practices.
5.3 We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a valid request from a competent governmental authority. However, because AuraDrop’s personal journal content is designed to remain locally on your device, we generally do not possess copies of that locally stored content.
5.4 We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
6.1 AuraDrop gives you direct control over your locally stored information. Depending on the applicable feature, you may:
(i) View, play back, or delete Positive Energy text and voice records stored on your device;
(ii) Create Positive Energy text or voice records;
(iii) Use the Negative Energy release function without permanently adding that content to your Positive Energy history;
(iv) Export supported AuraDrop data as an encrypted backup;
(v) Restore supported data from a previously created encrypted backup;
(vi) Delete locally stored AuraDrop data through available App functions or your device settings;
(vii) Uninstall AuraDrop to remove locally stored App data, subject to your device and operating system behavior.
6.2 The customer service or feedback function is optional. Information is transmitted through Formspree only when you choose to submit a message through that function.
6.3 Accessing the KAI_Q Studio Telegram channel is also optional and is not required to use AuraDrop.

7.1 AuraDrop uses or provides access to certain third-party services and external platforms for specific functions.
Formspree: Used to transmit customer service or feedback messages that you actively choose to submit through AuraDrop. Formspree may process the information you submit according to its own privacy policy. AuraDrop does not use Formspree to transmit your Positive Energy records, Negative Energy content, voice recordings, or backup contents.
Google Play: On Android, Google Play is used for App distribution and may be used to process the optional one-time AuraDrop PRO purchase. Payment and transaction processing are handled by Google Play. AuraDrop does not directly collect or store your payment card number, banking credentials, or Google account password.
GitHub Pages: AuraDrop’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, or related legal information may be published through GitHub Pages. Access to these pages is subject to GitHub’s applicable privacy practices.
Telegram: AuraDrop provides an external link to the official KAI_Q Studio Telegram channel. Accessing or joining the Telegram channel is entirely optional and is not required to use AuraDrop.
7.2 When you choose to open the KAI_Q Studio Telegram channel, AuraDrop passes the external link to your device so that it can be opened through a supported web browser or other compatible application. Telegram is not embedded within AuraDrop.
7.3 AuraDrop does not send your Positive Energy records, Negative Energy content, voice recordings, backup data, or other locally stored personal content to Telegram.
7.4 If you choose to access or interact with Telegram, any information processed through Telegram is governed by Telegram’s own terms, privacy policy, and data practices.
7.5 When you access any third-party service or external link through AuraDrop, your interaction with that service is governed by the privacy policy and terms of the applicable third-party provider.
7.6 AuraDrop is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, availability, or operation of third-party services.
8.1 AuraDrop offers an optional one-time purchase that unlocks PRO features.
8.2 AuraDrop PRO is a one-time in-app purchase and is not a recurring subscription.
8.3 The purchase is processed through Google Play. We do not directly process or store your payment card number, banking credentials, or Google account password.
8.4 AuraDrop may communicate with Google Play as necessary to retrieve product information, initiate the purchase process, verify purchase status, acknowledge a completed purchase, or restore a previously purchased PRO entitlement.
8.5 Purchase availability, payment processing, refunds, and other transaction-related matters may also be subject to Google Play’s applicable terms and policies.
9.1 AuraDrop is a general wellness and personal reflection application and is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.
9.2 We do not knowingly operate AuraDrop for the purpose of collecting children’s personal information through our own servers.
9.3 If a minor uses AuraDrop, a parent or legal guardian should supervise the use of the App where appropriate under applicable law.
10.1 AuraDrop is intended to provide a personal space for reflection, positive journaling, and emotional release. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, counseling, or emergency services.
10.2 If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, you should seek assistance from an appropriate qualified professional or local emergency service.
10.3 You are responsible for maintaining appropriate control over your device and exported backup files.
10.4 Because AuraDrop primarily stores personal records locally, we generally cannot recover data that has been permanently deleted from your device when no usable backup is available.
10.5 No software, storage method, or security mechanism can guarantee absolute security. You should take reasonable precautions to protect your device and backup files from unauthorized access.
11.1 We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to AuraDrop, applicable legal requirements, security practices, or third-party services.
11.2 When this Privacy Policy is updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document will be revised.
11.3 We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of AuraDrop after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated Policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
